Payment

  • Parts will be shipped C.O.D. (Cash or Check) unless credit has been pre-approved.
  • A late charge of 2% per month will be billed to all accounts past due.
  • A $45.00 service charge will be billed each time a check is returned.

Return Guidelines

  • Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible to ensure safe transport.
  • Once received, your return will be promptly reviewed and processed.

Warranty

All parts are backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty:

  • Covers defects due to manufacturing only.
  • Does not cover damage caused by modification, alteration, collision, or misuse.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser for as long as they own the vehicle the part was installed on.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return has been received and processed:

  • A credit will be posted to your account by our Accounts Receivable (AR) Team.
  • After the credit has been posted, you may request a refund at any time.
